Digital consultations

Scheduled conversations are services rendered at a specific time. If you cancel at least forty-eight hours before the agreed start, you can reschedule once at no additional fee or request a refund of prepaid amounts related to that session.

Template files

If a downloadable file is technically defective (for example, unreadable on current versions of common software), notify us within fourteen days of delivery. After we confirm the issue, we will supply a corrected file or refund the item price.

Chargebacks

Reach out before initiating a payment dispute so we can review bank references together. Chargebacks may delay legitimate refunds while financial institutions process their workflow.
